ok apologies for the pointless teaser post. i see that i've gotten many hits + many dissapointments. but before the pictures come here are some commitments i want to keep for 2007:
serve my family. take advantage of time at home. help out as much as i can around the house. cook. clean. converse more with my parents. be thankful. love them.
treasure friendships. pray. encourage. spur one another on. be willing to help fight their battles.
love strangers. stop seeing them as people in my way, but as souls loved by God.
do not make false promises. let my word be my word.
do not over-commit my time. not good to be too busy, but not good to be too lazy.
eat healthy. my arteries feel clogged.
hit the gym at least once a week. my body is a temple.
budget my money. so i can give more.
pray for the Philippines. hoping to visit in 2008.
pray for the Sudan. seen as the largest and most complex humanitarian problem on the globe. www.savedarfur.org
be informed. listen. read. the world does not revolve around me.
meet with God daily. strengthen my bond with Him, seek Him not for selfish gain, but for His purposes. become renewed in Word and prayer everyday. repent. strive for purity.
learn to sing. maybe.
